By accessing or using ETournify, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating in any tournament or purchasing a subscription.

Use of the Platform
ETournify is an online competitive gaming platform offering tournaments, brackets and membership features. To use the platform you must agree to the following requirements:

Payments
ETournify offers the following paid features:
One-time fees for specific events that require individual registration. See our Refund Policy for eligibility.
Grants access to Super Tournaments, premium brackets, and exclusive platform features. Renews automatically each month.
Refund exceptions are defined exclusively in our Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without a valid reason may result in account suspension.
Tournaments
By registering for or joining any tournament on ETournify, you agree to the following:
- Follow the specific rules listed for each event, including game settings, match schedules and reporting requirements.
- Accept that match results, scores and rankings may be displayed publicly on the platform and in related communications.
- Maintain fair play throughout every match — disputes based on in-game performance are not grounds for refunds or disqualification reversals.
- Report match results accurately and in a timely manner. Late or false reports may lead to a forfeit.
- Respect your opponents. Harassment, trash talk intended to intimidate or abusive language directed at other players is not permitted.
ETournify reserves the right to modify, pause or cancel any tournament at any time. In the event of a cancellation we are not responsible for any time investment or preparation made by participants, but applicable entry fees may be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
Subscription
The ETournify monthly subscription grants access to premium features including Super Tournaments and exclusive brackets.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date it was first activated. You will be charged the same price unless we notify you of a change in advance. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified at least 7 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
User Conduct
All users are expected to maintain a respectful and fair environment. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on ETournify:
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion depending on severity.
Intellectual Property
All content on ETournify — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, tournament structure, text, graphics and software — is the exclusive property of ETournify and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or resell any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from any part of our platform.
- User-generated content (such as usernames, team names and profile data) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant ETournify a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
ETournify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETournify is not responsible for:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to ETournify in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you:
- Cheat, exploit or use unauthorised tools in any tournament
- Abuse chargebacks or file fraudulent payment disputes
- Violate these Terms or our community guidelines
- Engage in harassment, threats or hate speech toward other users or staff
- Attempt to sell, transfer or share your account
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the platform — including active subscriptions, tournament registrations and stored data — will be removed. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period at the time of termination due to a rule violation.
You may also choose to delete your own account at any time from your account settings. Data deletion requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with ETournify, we encourage you to contact our support team first. Many issues can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings.
Tournament Disputes
Disputes related to match results or bracket outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the affected match via our support system. We will review available evidence and issue a final decision within 72 hours. Our decision is final.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through our support process will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ETournify after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
